Data processing activities carried out under service agreements signed with our clients are governed by the provisions of the relevant agreements and by any separate notices provided within the framework of those agreements. Data Security
Data security is the set of measures taken to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. To protect your data, we take reasonable administrative and technical measures in line with Article 12 of the KVKK. These measures may include the following.
- Encrypting data traffic between the website and your browser with SSL/TLS
- Restricting access to data to persons who need it for their duties
- Strong password and authorisation practices
- Keeping software and plugins up to date and monitoring security logs
- Setting confidentiality and data security obligations for service providers

- Request information about the processing, if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
- Request the correction of your data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request the erasure or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions set out in the law
- Request that the correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
- Object to a result arising to your detriment from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing

Children's Privacy
Children’s privacy refers to the particular care taken with data belonging to minors. Our website and services are intended for businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18.
